Hi everybody ...its been a while since i blogged..on the site...as far as music had not much to say...lately things had seemd to come to a screeching halt ..since we had to cancel our Wisconsin..dates...in March 2012...now it looks like we will have to cancel New York...this week also big drag...we just dont have the money to tour !!! and we wont have it unless 4 things happen...
1.) We win millions in the Texas Lottery..(very tuff)
2.) Texas Joe gets a state or federal job...(even more tuff)
3.) We get the fuck out of The Rio Grande Valley...and move to Austin Texas or New York City...soon..! (even more more tuff)
or we get lucky
4.) Kickstarter comes to our help and complete strangers/anda few select friends... bump into our Kickstarter Profile ,like us..and pledge us the money to start touring !!!
its suxx to high hell ! not being able to do as you wish..and create art and have money to create it...it absolutely blows..! we feel totally strangled...right now and a little bummed..but you just cannot give up..!!!
so we opened our 1st Kickstarter.com and did all the rerquired ...stuff you need to open an account...its alot of crap let me tell you...but hopefully it will be worth it in the end !!!

Texas Joe was inspired by the movie Easy Rider...(Dennis Hopper and Peter Fonda) great film about ...trying to be free...and living it up in America on Harely-Davidson Choppers !!
Texas Joe found the Easy Rider...DVD ,2002 Remastered Version complete with documentary on the making of the film...at a Brownsville Pawn Shop..2 weeks ago...and was inspired after watching the documentary....and the movie....to write a new song called...Spacebiker...!!!
Texas Joe was very impressed with the locations used for the film the Open Spaces..the mountains...the Indian Villages...The Forests....The Deserts...the Highways...the Fellings of Freedom...and the Harely Davidson Choppers....!!!!
Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper did an excellent job in the film as actors also....it was a huge leap foreward in indie film making and the American Narrative....that it has inspired Texas Joe to make a stand ...and write a song about something he believes in !
Spacebiker is that song....it is written on 12 string guitar....and it rocks !
Steppenwolf...Jimi Hendrix..Bob Dylan....The Band....and others rock stars come out in the Sountrack to Easy Rider...and those wonderful artists influenced Texas Joe Valles to write Spacebiker....
The whole affair is totally sealed to a deal...because last September Texas Joe went to the Harley Davidson Museum and saw replicas of the beautiful Choppers used in the movie! so the song was inside me all i had to do was get close to a catalyst to make it all explode and happen...I thank the guy or girl who pawned Easy Rider on DVD ..at the pawn shop...as i got it for 2 bux ha ha !
