Hello and welcome back to our blog Feb 24rth 2011...its one day before Texas Joe's Birthday..and another year older...life keeps rollin...1 st of all we wanna talk about my friend Anna from England and the cool artwork she has done for the band..she is wild and crazy,daring and sexy..and we love all the artwork she has done for the band....below are 2 artworks posters she has made for the band and both are amazing ! w hope you like them..one is a more..San Francisco...style..poster while the other poster has a more European "Artiste Risque" style..both are awesome !

the next one has a Alton Kelly .Stanley Mouse..Robert Moscoso.. very kool...total Westcoast vibe to it..and...the next one is more differant ..a more modern Hard Psych vibe ala Mobeus from Italy..and the Nordic/German psych poster movement style...yet it has a huge Mexican influence..in texture...see below..The poster also announces the song ...on our new Witch Tree album..Mari Left on A Spaceship called Mexico..but juxtaposes the innocent lyrics with a very strong and powerful female art visual...the type needed..for announcing the bands shows in large metro areas where a strong powerful visual is needed ...see below..!

now on to more Talk about guitars
I have always liked non conventional guitars and here is more proof...below im holding a Roland 707 midi guitar..a very rare guitar I fell in love with the 1st time i saw Billy Idols ...EYES WITHOUT A FACE video in the 1980's and Steve Stevens was using one in that video..also...Jimmy Page..Andy Summers..Ace Frehley..and Adrian Smith of Iron Maiden have been in pictures using the 707 guitar, I love it !

Up next is one of my all time favorites The Gibson Flying V guitar..I have to thank Javier Garcia.."The Brownsvile Train Museum" for making this kool pic of me with a White early 1980's Gibson V.. I have had this guitar a long time it has a warm huge sound...
I hope you like these pix..now on to the subject of Texas Joe's Birthday tommorrow..Feb 25th..2011..Friday...you know Im growing older and I dont mind..as long as I learn something everyday..and im going foreward in the music creative world and art world im ok with my life..its when i get stagnant that I really get ...uncomfortable...and thats a place I dont like.!
but age does not bother me..some people will throw age in your face yet ..it does not bother me..! I feel good about getting older !
maybe we should write a song about the subject ha ha ! ..ok folks..

and here is a recent pic of Noe Valles on the bass guitar..
Noe... Loves that 77 Jazz Bass alot..he seems to have bonded with that bass guitar big time..alot of our new songs have been worked on with Noe using this Fender Jazz Bass ..Peter Mark Glass of Austin Texas brought this guitar up to par it looks very kool and sounds even better !
