Summer Solstice was yesterday on June 21st 2011..alot of very kool things happened...1 st of all i got an email from Peter my buddy in England and he said over 18 thousand ppl..showed up at Stonehenge..in Somerset..to see the Sunrise and the Sun go down ! one day we will be there to view this beautiful event !
Second, it finnally rained in South Texas after almost 3 months of dryness and scorching heat ! what a relief..Thank The Good Lord ! ..
ITS Raining now in Brownsville Texas as we blog this ...entry !!! I Love the Rain..as The Cult once sang in 1984 !!!
Thirdand most important to The Valles Flying Machine we got interviewed from a local freelance writer..who is gonna place our band interview in a local paper...very soon...along with a picture of the band..!! this will help us get our new Witch Tree cd's into local retailer Wal -Mart (one of thier requirements for stocking local rock bands !)helping us sell and have a better coverage of the band locally in South Texas !!!
we also took some very kool band pix as we had not had any in a long time ..these came out excellent..better than we expected...!! we will post some here along with some of the interview..
